Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and lead pools
  • Lead efforts of business development in International Markets
  • Generate proposals/contracts for clients and ensure compliance with support of Pre-sales / BA team.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from nurturing the lead to closure to account management.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Ability to manage team and their targets; along with individual contribution to sales quota.
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 6 – 9 years’ prior IT industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
